Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were neat and clean, but the proximity to the noisy elevator was a drawback compared to cheaper hotels we stayed at during our time in the country. The service was very friendly and awesome, with staff taking time to help us despite our poor Portuguese. The location was very convenient, although a bit sketchy after dark. The dining experience was good, especially when compared to other places we stayed. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout features and drawbacks.
The hotel is a good option with friendly service in a convenient location. The rooms are outdated and not suitable for accommodating three beds comfortably, but it can be considered decent for the price. Keep expectations low, especially if you are used to more modern accommodations.
The hotel is a mixed bag. The rooms in downtown Cuiabá aren't any better than the cheaper hotels we stayed at during our time in the country, and my room was next to an elevator, which made a lot of noise. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with staff who took time to help us with various requests despite our poor Portuguese and being very friendly. The location was convenient, close to everything in downtown. However, the dining options were limited, and the experience was a tad disappointing. Overall, it's a decent stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. The rooms, although a bit small and boxy, were fairly clean. The service, despite the language barrier, was awesome as the staff made extra efforts to assist us. The dining options were plentiful but fell short of being amazing. Overall, a decent stay if you're looking for a central spot with good service.
The hotel rooms were a bit out of date and not as good as the cheaper hotels we stayed at during our visit, but the service was fantastic with staff who took time to assist us despite the language barrier. The location was very convenient for exploring downtown Cuiaba, although it was a tad sketchy after dark. The dining options were fine, nothing amazing, but offered plenty to eat. Overall, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
